The Ford F-350 Super Duty Regular Cab Truck with 4WD has the same 385 HP V8 found in the FWD edition, but has been fitted with a 4x4 drivetrain. The 4WD Ford F-350 Super Duty Regular Cab Truck adds a mono-beam front axel, electronic shift-on-the-fly, and a manual transfer case with locking hubs. 
The Ford F-350 Super Duty Regular Cab XLT shares the same toughness and V8 power as the XL, but it has many more interior creature comforts added to it over the base XL. Ford F-150 XLT owners will appreciate the power windows, power locks, remote entry, cloth seats, and CD/MP3/AM/FM stereo with 4-speakers and auxiliary jack. 
The 4x4 2011 Ford F-350 Super Duty Regular Cab XLT is one tough truck. It has all the V8 power and interior features found in the RWD XLT, but is equipped with 4WD for off-road capability.
